Before we begin the sealing process it all begins with a clean surface to ensure sealer bondage to asphalt. We pressure wash the driveway clean of all dirt and debris.
Next we do trim work which we roll a edge along the project and once dry we poly wrap. This ensures that there will be no splatter marks on your property.
We then fill all the cracks with a hot pour rubberized filler that comes out at 400 degrees. Hot pour crack filler expands and retracts during the seasons better than "cold pour" filler and typically lasts twice as long. Also during hot summer months this filler will not track.
Now for the final part, sealing. We spray the sealant thick and uniformly to ensure a strong bondage for a long lasting durable finish for years to come.
When the sealer is dry, the finish color will be a deep rich black finish that all blends and will not track.
